Jennifer grew up in Queens, New York. In the spring of 2003, while taking a children’s literature class in college, she had to write a children’s book. Needing illustrations, she found a coloring book about Noah’s Ark. Jennifer enjoyed writing the story, and in 2009 wrote and published the children’s book, Rusty My Playful Cat.
For several years Jennifer suffered from neck and shoulder pain, and in December, 2011,she had a cervical neck fusion operation. The recovery has been slow, causing her to take a four month break from writing and editing her four novels: The Enchanted Stone, The Enchanted Locket, The Crossroad, and Time Control: Deception.
When Jennifer is not writing or reading, she has many hobbies. Jennifer loves to travel, photography, all animals, flowers, trees, and too many other interests to list here. She lives in the Houston area (where she loves the mild winters) with her husband, two sons, and two cats.
